About Us

Our company is located in Northeast Indiana and was created in response to seeing numerous people lose their homes at the Allen County's tax sale auction.  By attending an auction (to buy a vacant lot next to a relative's house) we observed "out of towners" with lists and laptops outbidding local residents to snatch up many homes in the area, sometime bidding much higher than the amount of past due taxes.

We later learned that many residents lost their homes (some did not know the property was up for tax sale). This was heartbreaking, to be put out of a home for owing a fraction of the value in delinquent taxes.  We don't think this is fair.

Our business model is to assist homeowners in multiple situations: reducing their property taxes, paying delinquent property taxes (loans from 3rd parties), and getting back property sold at the last tax sale (within the 1-year redemption period).
